LUCENA CITY – Police arrested two drug suspects and seized P680,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation in Bacoor City, Cavite early Sunday.
The Bacoor police reported that anti-narcotics agents collared Alberto Mayagao and Ramil Jun Claro after the duo sold a pack of shabu to an undercover police officer in Barangay Habay 1 at around 12:20 a.m.
Authorities seized a digital weighing scale and six sachets of shabu weighing 100 grams worth an estimated P680,000.
The suspects were detained and are face a formal complaint for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
